The simplest diet ever created

The Most Basic Diet Ever Created. This is the Overstanding of Natures Intentions.

Simplicity in eating- calculate in Seconds

Survival Food is killing us. Abuse is Addiction. Nature must obey laws of nature. All animals eat a portion of their body weight in food daily. Under survival conditions any animal may live, not thrive, of low amounts of nutrients and calories. Activity, meditation, Love, and gratitude can sustain life continuously. Nutrition is to nourish the body and allow it to grow, regenerate, and thrive. Humans can live off of only Love with no food for over 30 days as a result to the miraculous starvation mechanism which pulls stored energy and nutrients from the body. Only small amounts of water is needed as hydration is critical to life- human will result in consequences as soon as 1% dehydration with 5% being a medical condition impairing judgment and physical cappabilites-10-17% leads to death. If your pee is anything but as clear as water, you are dehydrated. If you don’t pee a good amount, and frequently (about 10 times a day), you are dehydrated.

Our Food can and should provide all of our hydration if biologically suited for us to consume. We contain up to 70% water and natures most perfectly designed food is usually over 80% water. In contains mainly water and soluble fiber to enhance digestion and cleanse/exercise the intestinal tract at every meal. If you ate of a plate, you would most likely clean it afterwards or you would expect a buildup of food stuff. In the same manor that you brush your teeth and take showers you must consume fiber at every meal. Water and fiber are imperative to your energy consumption if you want your gastrointestinal tract to be clean-if the pipes don’t get scrubbed they will be dirty. If we eat food that is not over 70% water we will soak up our water content with our food.

Grains are dry- however they are manipulated for consumption…grains are a survival food. Meat, cheese and eggs are all very low in water content when cooked. They also go through a process of denaturing the protein, which is technically breaking down or destroying the protein (although denaturing a protein is necessary for humans it may be more beneficial by enzymes that are present in our digestive system for this purpose.

We should eat roughly 5-10 pounds of food every day. There is only one food that has the volume to support this when translated into calories, BMR, or how much fuel we need. The volume is created by water and fiber- the two essential parts of our food to maintain health. Water and fiber keep us clean- we can compare this to taking showers and brushing our teeth, cleaning our house or washing the dishes. These two components are meant to be in our food in high amounts. It would be trivial to add them back into the diet, as in the case when eating foods of low fiber content and low water content. Foods with extremely low water content (under 50%) would be meats (including all cooked flesh such as chicken and fish), cheese, eggs, grains (bread, rice, pasta, flour, barley, and all other grains), cooked beans, and all cooked foods. Everything except fresh and raw produce….blessed fruits, vegetables and plant foods all contain over 70% water with the rare exception.

The only plant food that can support our caloric intake is fruit. It is possible to survive of off only greens, and the nutrition far exceeds any other plants foods if we look at the nutrient levels. The fiber content in vegetables almost exceeds the calorie load, which makes it very challenging to eat as a food source. Fruit has our bodies number 1 macronutrient choice for energy=Carbohydrates=Sugar. Our brains need sugar just to function. Every organ not only needs sugar- some organs make sugar form other macronutrients (called gluco-neo-genisis) to ensure a steady supply of carbohydrate for energy. We make sugar from our food even if we only consume fat and protein- at the expense of our body as it will show clear signs. Like a drug low carbohydrate levels will lead the lethargy, being tired all the time, impaired function, in able to heal from activity, weight loss, and lack of muscle development when strength training. This can also happen if calories are too low. This is why animals in nature eat a portion of there body weight. When we force animals to eat calorie dense foods, minimizing the ration of food to body weight by eating foods with lower amounts of water and fiber than they would eat in nature) they get sick- the same sickness’s we see in societies that over eat survival foods and lack exercise, meditation, Love, and gratitude.

Protein builds our muscle up…building block of flesh is with in amino acids. Like a house under reconstruction we are always building and need a bit of protein. We don’t needs much according to our biochemistry we get more than enough protein as long as we get enough calories. Let’s not mistake the potential of building muscle with food, strength training builds muscle. Calories will support MASS, whether it is fat or muscle. Food will add the pounds to your body when you eat excess calories regardless of the calorie source. If we eat calorie dense food as opposed to nutrient dense filled food that our potential to gain weight increases. We also get less water and fiber, and get dirty. Food supports muscle growth, food does not magically build muscle. If we want to build muscles we must strength train and eat enough calories to support muscle growth. If we want to loose weight we must eat less calories, or fuel, than we burn. Like a car filled with gasoline- only so much fuel can be used- in our bodies we store fuel in the form of fat instead of letting the fuel overflow.

Fat is needed to slow digestion, transport vitamins (ADEK), pad organs, make organs, and apply cushioning to name a few essential functions. Not much is needed as we will suffocate the cell with to much fat. You can see the restriction of oxygen fat applies by pouring oil onto a plant our grass. If we eat enough food from nature (that contains small amounts of fat as all fruit does) to meet our caloric needs- we will get plenty of fat.

Protein and fat are almost impossible to not have enough of if we eat enough calories. It would take a lot of work to have a diet exempt of fat or protein, and the diet would lack a host of other vital nutrients.

Basically we need lots of Carbohydrate, a bit of protein and fats, tons of water and fiber and with a load of vitamins and minerals. Plants all contain colors that are constantly studied (phytochemical) in there disease prevention and health giving properties- as it is estimated that only 10% of phytochemical have been isolated.

So that’s it. Eat 5-10 pounds of fruit a day minimum. Add pounds of veggies for extra nourishment. All other food is for survival and is causing imbalances in your nutrition, wellness, physical capabilities, mental clarity, disease, and life.

Do the math…and calculate what you eat now and what you could be eating if you doubt nature. www.OGfit.com has more recourses for you to analyze your diet, or fuel. If you analyze your bills and monitor the fuel in your car then why not analyze what you eat?

www.OrganicFitness.org has all the calorie and nutrient calculators you need on the links page. See how much fat, protein and carbohydrate you get in your diet. Look at the vitamins and minerals. Look at the total calories consumed on average. This is only need to be done a few times a year to gain Overstanding, even if this is the first time you “crunched the numbers” and analyzed what you eat.
